Parent Requirements

ONE PARENT FOR EACH SWIMMER IS REQUIRED TO:

•     Work a specific number of jobs at home or away meets during the swim season.
  
•     All parents are required to work at the League Championship Meet  in addition to their dual meet assignments.
  
•     You may also be required to work at invitational meets, if your child participates.
  
•     Parents with children in the 6 & U or 7-8 age groups are required to sign up for shepherd jobs until they are filled 
  
•     Please note that league rules prohibit meet participants from working as meet officials, so you may not ask an older swimmer to fill in for you at a meet.
  

 ***If you need to change out of a job you have signed up for it is your responsibility to find a replacement and let me know about the change. If needed you may still be called upon to fill a job to meet your job requirement. If you can't do your job at the last minute, please do let me know as soon as you know. See the Into to Jobs section regarding the penalties for failing to fulfill your responsibility.

JOB TRADING INSTRUCTIONS

If you need to trade a job, you will need to find someone to trade with and then let me know about the trade. If you sign out of a meet that you are scheduled to work, you need to find someone to work your job.
