For the specific (if available) warm-up times for a meet please click on the Adress/Info link within the Meet Calendar page

Warm-up begins 60-90 minutes before the meet begins

the home team’s warm-up is FIRST, visitors are closer to the start of the meet

-8&unders are the first ones to warm-up

-9/10s follow the 8&unders

-11 and ups are the last ones to warm-up

-warm-up is an important time to let the coaches know that you are there and ready to swim fast!  This is the time to work out those last minute touch ups that are important in our sport!

-swimmers should be involved in the team warm up.  If you miss the warm-up for your age group, make sure you let one of the coaches know.

-after you are done, get warm and ready for the team cheer!

After warm-ups are over, the coaching staff will lead the Sea Lions in a TEAM CHEER!  This is a lot of fun and we want our competition to know we are ready to Get ROWDY!

Immediately following the team cheer, the Relays will begin!

PLEASE make sure that you are ready for the relays!  They are what get us going at each and every meet!  The relays start FAST so get behind your lane as soon as possible!

The order of events:
